Overview

MST (Multiport Service Terminal) is a factory pre-terminated, hermetically sealed and ruggedized optical fiber distribution terminal. It is designed to distribute trunk feeder optical fibers to multiple subscriber/equipment drop cables, enabling plug-and-play deployment without on-site fiber splicing. Only cabinet fixation and connector plug-and-play are required on site, boosting construction efficiency by over 80%. It effectively eliminates the drawbacks of on-site splicing such as unstable connection quality, excessive insertion loss and high failure rate. The enclosure is made of UV-resistant and flame-retardant PC material with excellent anti-aging and impact resistance. It operates stably in an extreme temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, widely deployed in FTTH, 5G base stations and other outdoor harsh environments.

16-port MST features overall dimensions of 360*144*120mm and is equipped with 16 SC hardened outlet ports, two standard configuration is available:
